Mobile Boat Repair · Sewall's Point, FL

Mobile Marine Mechanic in Sewall's Point

Your dock is our shop. Full outboard service on the peninsula — no trailering, no boatyard.

Built for a town where every home has a dock

Sewall's Point sits on a peninsula between the St. Lucie River and the Indian River Lagoon — water on both sides, and nearly every home has its own dock and lift. What the town doesn't have is a boatyard. If your outboard needs work, the usual answer is hauling the boat somewhere else and waiting.

We're the other answer. Every service we offer is mobile. We drive down Sewall's Point Road, park at your place, and do the work right at your dock — 100-hour services, diagnostics, water pumps, lower units, fuel system work, no-start calls. Your boat stays on the lift the whole time.

We know your water

Boats in Sewall's Point live hard lives. Lagoon-side boats sit in warm, salty, sometimes silty water year-round. River-side boats deal with everything the St. Lucie pushes out. And with the St. Lucie Inlet minutes away, a lot of these boats run offshore regularly — which means real hours and real salt exposure.

Whether your weekends are the Stuart Sandbar or the reef past the inlet, the maintenance math is the same: salt water year-round means the service schedule is not optional. We keep boats on this peninsula running so they're ready when the weather window opens.

Common questions from Sewall's Point boaters

Do you come to private docks in Sewall's Point?

Yes — that's most of our work in town. We service boats on private docks and lifts along both the St. Lucie River and Indian River Lagoon sides of the peninsula. Driveway and trailer boats too.

How fast can you get to Sewall's Point from Port St. Lucie?

We're based in Port St. Lucie, about 20–30 minutes up the road. Scheduled service is typically within 2–5 business days. If you're dead in the water, call — emergencies get same-day or next-day when possible.

My boat sits in the lagoon year-round. How often does it need service?

Every 100 hours or annually, whichever comes first — and for lagoon-moored boats we recommend leaning toward the early side. Warm brackish water is rough on anodes, cooling passages, and impellers. Anodes especially should be checked more often on a boat that never leaves the water.

Do I need to be home when you service the boat?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the dock and the boat, we can do the work and send you a written summary of what was done and anything we found. Plenty of Sewall's Point customers are at work while we're at their dock.
