Quiet Intracoastal docks between Stuart and Jupiter. Regular service to the Blowing Rocks and Peck's Lake area — at your dock, not a shop.
Hobe Sound sits on one of the quietest stretches of the Intracoastal on the Treasure Coast — no inlet of its own, just protected water between Stuart and Jupiter, with Peck's Lake anchorage at the south end. We run regular service routes through it. If your dock isn't listed, chances are we still come to it — just call.
Hobe Sound boats do a lot of sitting. That protected stretch of Intracoastal means plenty of lift boats and dock boats that run a few weekends a month — down to Peck's Lake, up to Stuart, maybe out Jupiter or St. Lucie Inlet on a calm day. Sitting in salt water is its own kind of wear. Batteries drain, fuel goes stale, anodes disappear, and impellers dry out and crack. The motors that fail here usually fail from rest, not miles.
There's no boatyard around the corner in Hobe Sound, and that's the point of mobile service. Trailering means hauling to Stuart or Jupiter, waiting in a shop queue, and hauling back. We drive to your dock instead — Loblolly, the Hobe Sound Marina area, or a private lift off the Intracoastal — and do the work where the boat lives. For a boat that mostly sits, a standing maintenance visit beats a breakdown every time.

About 35 to 45 minutes from Port St. Lucie, straight down US-1 or the Turnpike. Close enough that Hobe Sound is a regular stop for us, not a special trip.
Yes — sitting is harder on a boat than most people think. Fuel degrades, batteries sulfate, and impellers take a set when they're dry. A boat that starts every time you want it to is a boat somebody's been checking on. We can put yours on a schedule so it's ready when you are.
We can. Ramp meets work fine for trailer boats — diagnostics, water pump jobs, tune work. For anything longer, your driveway or dock is usually easier for both of us. Either way, you're not hauling the boat to a shop.
Call us. Emergencies get same-day or next-day when possible. No promises we can't keep — but a no-start or an alarm at the dock is often something we can chase down fast, and we'd rather save your weekend than reschedule it.
Flat $450 labor per motor. Twin engine $900. Triple $1,350. Parts billed at cost. $250 diagnostic — applied as $95 flat for Care Plan members.
