Priority Service

Boat Down? We Prioritize Dead-in-the-Water Calls

Mobile, 7 days a week, 7am–7pm. Trip-blocking problems go to the front of the line — same-day or next-day when possible.

When the boat picks the worst possible moment

Boats don't break on a convenient Tuesday. They break Saturday morning at the ramp with the family loaded, or the night before a charter with paying clients booked. Most shops will tell you to get in line — bring it in, we'll look at it in two weeks.

We work differently. We're mobile, we work 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm, and dead-in-the-water and trip-blocking problems go to the front of the line. We'll be straight with you: we don't promise 24/7 and we don't promise a response time we can't keep. The honest line is this — emergencies get same-day or next-day when possible. Call and we'll tell you exactly when we can be there: (561) 602-1177.

What goes to the front of the line

Won't start with a trip plannedBoat's dead and you're supposed to be on the water — that's a priority call, not a two-week appointment.
Overheat alarmAn overheating outboard is a motor actively trying to destroy itself. This gets looked at before it becomes a powerhead.
Dead battery or electrical at the rampYou're stuck somewhere a boat can't stay. We come to the ramp.
Charter & commercial boatsA boat that isn't running is a business that isn't earning. Booked trips on the line move you up.

What to do while you wait

Where we go

We cover the Treasure Coast and down to Jupiter: Port St. Lucie, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Fort Pierce, Palm City, Sewall's Point, Port Salerno, Hobe Sound, Jupiter, and Vero Beach. If you're near any of these, call — worst case we tell you honestly that we can't get there today.

Why mobile beats a tow to the yard

For most non-hull problems — no-starts, electrical, fuel, overheating, controls — hauling the boat to a shop adds a day, a tow bill, and a waitlist before anyone even looks at it. A mobile mechanic looks at the actual problem, where the boat sits, usually the same visit. We work on Yamaha, Mercury, and Suzuki outboards. The boat only needs to move if the repair genuinely requires a shop — and most don't.

Boat down? Make the call.

Don't fill out a form and wait. Tell us what the boat is doing and where it is, and we'll tell you exactly when we can be there. 7 days a week, 7am–7pm.

FAQ

Do you offer 24/7 emergency boat repair?

No, and we won't pretend to. We work 7 days a week, 7am to 7pm, and dead-in-the-water problems jump the line. Emergencies get same-day or next-day when possible — call (561) 602-1177 and we'll give you a real answer, not a slogan.

Can you fix my boat at the ramp or on the water?

If the boat is somewhere we can safely work — a ramp parking lot, dock, lift, or slip — yes, that's the whole point of being mobile. If it's drifting, get a tow to the nearest dock first; on-water towing is a job for a towing service, and we take over once the boat is secured.

My motor overheated. Can I run it slowly back to the dock?

Shut it down. An overheat alarm means the cooling system has already failed, and running it "gently" still runs it hot. The difference between shutting down immediately and limping it in can be the difference between an impeller job and a powerhead. Get towed or paddle in, then call us.

I have a charter tomorrow and the boat won't start. Can you actually get to me?

Commercial and charter boats with booked trips are exactly what our priority list is for. Call (561) 602-1177 the moment you find the problem — the earlier in the day you call, the better your odds of same-day. We'll tell you honestly on the phone whether we can make your departure time.
