Frequently Asked

Do I have to sign up for a plan?
No — every service is available a la carte. Book Annual, Full, or a Diagnostic visit as a one-off. The plan is the savings-bundle for boaters who already know they'll book two visits a year and want the priority phone line.
How do the plans compare?
Every plan and what it includes is listed on the cards above — same prices, same wording.
I have two engines — which plan?
Twin engines run through service faster, so you want a plan that covers two 100-hour services and the water pump work on both motors — the cards above say the engine count each plan is built for. Single engine and light use: the smaller plan is plenty. JC would rather sell you the tier that fits than one you'll outgrow in month two.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund — keep the service we already performed. After 30 days, the plan runs out its year and doesn't auto-renew unless you tell us to.
What if I need something the plan doesn't cover?
No problem — anything not included gets your member 10% parts discount and a transparent quote before any work starts.
What if I sell my boat mid-year?
The plan transfers to the new owner if they want it (huge selling point on listings). If they don't, we'll refund a prorated amount of unused services.
How does payment work?
One payment up front via card or Zelle. All plans are annual — that's how we lock in the discount vs. calling us job by job. Individual services are quoted before work starts and billed after.
