FAQ

What's the regular price vs. the Care Plan price?

A diagnostic visit is $250 regular. Care Plan members pay $95 — and if you book the recommended repair, that $95 credits back to the repair invoice (net $0). Most customers who need diagnostics come out ahead just enrolling in a Care Plan first.

How does the credit work?

Care Plan members pay $95 for the diagnostic. If you book the recommended repair with us, the full $95 credits back to that repair invoice — so the diagnostic ends up free. If you don't book the repair, the $95 stands. No hidden charges.

How long does the diagnostic take?

Usually 60–90 minutes on-site. Written report the same day.

What if you can't find the problem?

If we can't identify the fault at the visit, the fee still applies — you get the report, and we credit that fee toward your next diagnostic visit to continue the investigation.
