1. Who these terms apply to

These terms cover use of jcboatsandmotors.com and the services JC Boats & Motors provides — mobile boat repair, engine service, motor sales, and related work. By requesting a quote, booking service, or paying an invoice through this site, you agree to what's below.

2. Requesting service

Quotes on this site are estimates until we inspect the boat. Final pricing is confirmed in a written invoice before work begins. Service is scheduled on a first-come basis.

3. Payment

Deposits, service payments, and invoices are processed through Stripe. Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Late payments may accrue interest as noted at the time of invoicing.

4. Warranty on work

All labor is covered by a 30-day workmanship warranty from date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or third-party modification after our service.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Same-day cancellations may forfeit any deposit already paid.

6. Website use

You agree to use jcboatsandmotors.com and our tools (booking, invoicing, customer dashboard) only for legitimate business between you and JC Boats & Motors. Do not attempt to access accounts other than your own.

7. Third-party integrations

This site uses Stripe (payments), QuickBooks Online / Intuit (accounting), Google Firebase (data hosting), Twilio and Resend (communications). By using the site you accept that we send necessary data to these services to run the business. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. End-user license (site + tools)

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the jcboatsandmotors.com site and its customer-facing tools for the purpose of receiving service from JC Boats & Motors. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the site or its integrations.

9. Limitation of liability

JC Boats & Motors' liability for any claim related to work performed is limited to the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of St. Lucie County, FL.
