You pay $250 for the diagnostic. If you book the recommended repair with us, we credit $87.50 (35%) back to that repair invoice. If you don't book, the $250 stands — no charge-back.
How long does the diagnostic take?
Usually 60–90 minutes on-site. Written report the same day.
What if you can't find the problem?
If we can't identify the fault at the visit, the $250 still applies — you get the report, and we credit your next diagnostic visit toward continuing the investigation.
