Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Annual plans can be cancelled within the first 30 days for a full refund. After that, the plan runs out the year. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing month — no penalty, no questions.
What if I need a service my plan doesn't cover?
No problem — anything not included gets your member discount (10–20% off depending on tier). You'll always get a transparent quote before any work starts.
Does the plan cover my second boat?
Each plan covers one vessel. Got a second boat? Add it for 50% off any tier. Just call (561) 602-1177 to set it up.
What if I sell my boat mid-year?
The plan transfers to the new owner if they want it (huge selling point on listings). If they don't, we'll refund a prorated amount of unused services.
Is there a setup fee?
Zero. Sign up online, JC schedules a free intake visit to inspect the boat and log your engine hours. From there, we put your maintenance on autopilot.
How does payment work?
Annual plans: one payment up front via card or Zelle. Monthly: auto-charge on the same day each month, cancel anytime. We don't store card numbers — payments processed securely through Stripe.
