Why priced per foot × both sides?
Because that's the actual surface — buffing the port side is the same work as the starboard side. Pricing it this way keeps quotes honest: no surprises when the boat is bigger than expected.
What's the difference between buffing and compound cut?
Buffing is a single pass with a light abrasive — fast shine on already-decent gelcoat. Compound cut + polish is two passes: first a heavy compound to strip oxidation, then a polish to bring back the deep gloss. Chalky, faded boats need the 2-pass.
How often should I wax my boat?
Down here in Florida sun + salt — every 4 months for daily-use boats, twice a year for weekenders.
Do you offer ceramic coating?
Yes — separate booking with a longer prep cycle (typically after a full compound + polish). Ask when you book detail.
